How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at samtull@gmail.com or call us at +91 99960 42094.

  • Clearly mention the reason for exchange and include your original order number and invoice.

Exchange Conditions

  • Item must be unused and returned in original condition with the seal provided by Aura Homes intact.

  • A video proof of the product being packed for return is mandatory.

  • Exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval.

Pickup & Processing

  • Once your request and video are reviewed, our team will arrange a pickup.

  • The replacement item will be dispatched only after the original item is received and inspected.

  • No exchange fee is levied by us.

  • The complete exchange process may take up to 15 days.

Product Change or Size Issues

  • If exchanging for a different size, please mention the size needed.

  • If exchanging for a different product, share the exact product details.

Note: No exchange is applicable on sale or discounted products.

Returns Policy

We accept returns only in exchange for a credit note, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only if the special seal provided by Aura Homes is intact.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and in original packaging.

  • A valid receipt and an unboxing video are mandatory.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and issue a credit note after inspection.

Note: Refunds are not offered. Returns are only eligible for store credit.
No returns on discounted or sale products.

Damage Policy

At Aura Homes, we ensure every product is carefully packed and delivered. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To Claim a Replacement:

  • Email us at samtull@gmail.com with:

    • An opening video showing the damage clearly.

    • Photos of the damaged or defective product.

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Important Notes:

  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Minor color or texture differences due to lighting or screen resolution will not qualify as damage.

  • Once verified, we’ll offer either a replacement or store credit, based on stock availability.
